Couldn’t ask for a better experience! First and foremost, I knew I wanted to work with CrestCars since they support the Dallas DCAC Parade of Playhouses. It is admirable that CrestCars supports this great charity time and time again. Having owned two Volvos in years past, I was hopeful the new Volvo XC40 would be a perfect selection for my new car. The hard part would be getting to see an XC40 in person since the XC40s have not been on the market for that long. The one XC40 on the lot belonged to a Crest Volvo employee; our salesperson Doug Aaron went above-and-beyond by asking that employee if we could take a look inside her vehicle. The employee was very accommodating - she even allowed us to sit inside her car! Doug waited paitiently (in 100 degree temperatures) while we examined the XC40 inside and out. We were sold! From there, Doug worked hard to find an XC40 that had all of the extras we were wanting. While we waited for our vehicle to arrive, Doug maintained great contact via phone/email so that we would know exactly when our car would arrive at the dealership. On the arrival date, our trade-in process was simple and stress-free. Our vehicle buying experience was great and I would recommend Doug to anyone buying from Crest Volvo. As for our new XC40, I couldn’t be more pleased. The car is a dream, offers plenty of space for my family and is my most favorite vehicle to date! More

From XC40 to Mini Countryman After seeing several positive reviews about the new Volvo XC-40, my husband and I decided to go for a test drive in July. Little did we know just how hot this car is and that there wasn't one anywhere to try, Our salesperson was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to find a couple on the lot, so we did get to sit in one owned by an employee. Very nice! We decided to order one since it was going to take until October to come in and they have a totally refundable deposit. In the meantime after waiting and many texts back and forth, an R series T-4 became available to test drive in August. It's a really comfortable car with plenty of zip. On one of our visits to the dealer we saw a Mini Countryman. I'd test driven a Mini Cooper years ago and remembered how fun it was, so we decided to try the Countryman. It's really fun and more the size I need at this time. The buying process was straight-forward. The entire experience was very pleasant and everyone we met was very low-to-no pressure. When I'm ready for a Volvo, I will definitely come back! More
