I've tried to avoid writing a review but they've pushed me to it. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went in in April looking fo a car and met with Jimmy Crosby. He was friendly enough but when we me to it. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went in in April looking fo a car and met with Jimmy Crosby. He was friendly enough but when we decided to order a car instead, he all of a sudden became too good to help us, sayin he "got promoted." I brought my old car in for an estimate on trade in value, and magically he has time for me again and he comes back trying to sell me a car that's on their lot that I didn't want. Instead of getting in and out, he and his coworkers wasted my time forcing me to sit for up to an hour while they try to sell me a car instead of just giving me an appraisal on my car. Once the car came, I picked up my car, and they again acted friendly when I sat down to sign the papers, again wasting my time trying to sell me products and warranties I didn't want. the second I said i didn't want any of that the girl became very short and not friendly. I've had my car for 4 MONTHS, and the check engine light came on. My wife called to have it taken in and they said they can't get to it until next week, but there are NO loaner vehicles until october 1st (2.5 weeks), telling us to just not drive the car. We both have jobs we need to be at and now they're expecting us to take paid vacation to sit and home because we can't fix the car and they don't have a loaner for us. I'm really regretting giving them my business. Please think twice about purchasing a car through them. More
