To be honest I was kinda mad at Crest and had written them off as I paid off "The Bad Decision". He countered with stats and facts. Which is my love language! I told Bryan "if you can fix my loan, and get me out of there by my bedtime I'm in". He not only kept his promise, but made me excited to get a new car. Bryan has possibly converted my husband from his beloved Altima into a soon to be customer as well!
