As suggested, I emailed Mr. Stogner and got a quick reply. This is his response: "I will take a look at your deal when I get to the dealership. If you elected to have a service contract that comes at a cost and based on what you stated that math sounds right . A service contract for $1400 would increase the monthly payment $23 dollars. Finance does have different options to help offset different expenses , but there is always a cost to either the customer or the dealership. I will look into your purchase and reach back out to you. Thank you Jeff Stogner" I responder once to inform him I in no way authorized this action. I don't even know who Jeff Stogner is. I gave him a week to respond without me calling or emailing him for any reason and he hasn't responded.

UPDATE: The sales director did reach out to me on Friday late afternoon, left me his cell # but I didn't call because it was too late when I got the message. I didn't want to disturb him over the weekend as I thought he would be off. Emailed Mr. Abed and told him I would like to communicate via email. Also emailed Mr. Stogner and it was arranged that I would receive a call on the following Monday and got nothing After waiting for about 45 minutes after the time of the call, I emailed both men and told them I would only communicate via email and that I would not wait on their call. I did not receive a response. This management team does not care about you after the sale. Go elsewhere.

Finalized: After several emails, Mr. Abed has decided that this was a miscommunication issue and offered up no form of compensation and/or a real apology. I signed the paperwork. Finally did in-depth research of the loan and found that I would not be paying an extra 1391.00 on the loan. Emailed Mr. Abed of this and rescinded the request for 1391.00 from crest. Received no response to this and thought I was done with problems with crest.
