Two words: Shon Vaughn. Run, don't walk, if you're in the market for a new car! I walked in feeling defeated but he was able to read me and understand exactly what I was looking for and in need of. He hit the nail on the head with his recommendation and made the closing process seamless. He also knew my track record with vehicle maintenance was not up to standard so he walked me over to the service department, hooked me up with some coupons, and introduced me to the team where I was able to tentatively schedule my first oil change. I hope to be in this vehicle for awhile but I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Really great place! I greatly appreciate you guys! More

I decided to shop at dealerships within the metroplex and surrounding area for my next car. After visiting three dealers and just a half day of shopping I was ready to leave “the city”. I realized the excite surrounding area for my next car. After visiting three dealers and just a half day of shopping I was ready to leave “the city”. I realized the excitement I had when I departed my house had slowly diminished with each stop. The common denominator was simply poor customer service. I canceled my appointment with Crest Nissan and proceeded home. By the time I arrived at my doorstep I had received both an email and phone call from Brooke with Crest expressing her interest in an opportunity to earn my business. I agreed and spoke with her about a vehicle I had been looking at online. Because of my work schedule she handled much of the process before I arrived, keeping me informed via email throughout the entire process. She was accommodating to my work schedule for me to come in and go over paperwork on that following Monday, continuing to make it a personable experience. Both the GM and sales manager took the time to introduce themselves and thank me for shopping with the dealership. I could turn this review into a book but it wouldn’t do justice as to how impressed I am with Brooke, Aaron, and Crest Nissan in general while shopping with them. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle then I suggest you go into Crest and experience a dealership with a higher degree of professionalism.… ask for Brooke while you’re there. More
