My sales person, Erica, was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking for, and she made it very pleasant to deal with. The paperwork was prepared with minimal effort on my part. It was explained to me car I was looking for, and she made it very pleasant to deal with. The paperwork was prepared with minimal effort on my part. It was explained to me thoroughly, and although it was not a quick process, which is understandable when you’re buying a car, but it was not an unpleasant process either. More

Very comfortable customer waiting area and customer service in the service department . I don’t like the idea of them not taking a check and then charging me 3% to use a credit card. I recently purchased a 2018 Infiniti QX 60 from crest Nissan. They assured me that they did a 160 point inspection on the car as well as to reassure me that they would never sell a car if it didn’t pass Nissan. They assured me that they did a 160 point inspection on the car as well as to reassure me that they would never sell a car if it didn’t pass all inspections. Unfortunately, after a thorough inspection by my trusted mechanic, they discovered several significant issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed during the purchase, including damage to the rear of the vehicle, the hatchback, and bent rear parts from would appear to be a significant accident. These problems were also not reflected in the Carfax report. While the car was sold as a one owner vehicle, I expected greater transparency from the dealership. I reached out to address my concerns, but have yet to get a response from them. I have left several messages.. I’m disappointed by this experience, as it seems the car I purchased may not have been fairly priced given its condition, and that it was sold as a car with minor cosmetic damage and clearly that is not the case according to the mechanic that overlooked the car. It is my understanding that when there is significant damage done to a vehicle that they are trying to sell, that this information must be shared with the buyer to make a fair priced sale. The significant damages to this vehicle were not disclosed at all during the time of negotiations or the purchase.I urge others to have used cars inspected before purchasing, and hope that the dealership will improve transparency in the future. This dealership has lost my trust, respect, and confidence in purchasing any future vehicle from them. Perhaps Anyone reading this review should think twice about doing business with a company that cannot be straightforward about the used cars they are selling. More
