He then walked us through our payment options with no back and forth games. He brought out his Manager Mike to further add credibility to our options. The F&I staff was incredible. Pharrington, and Ali treated me and my family (my daughter also bought a new car the same day!) with such courtesy and respect. If we declined a product, they did not continue to pressure us.
