Dealer Error - $1,500 They held the keys to my trade-in (so I wouldn’t leave) A hailstorm came through and hit both the new car and the trade-in. ///They whisked away the new car and said, “We reviewed it for hail damage and there was none”. ///Then they didn’t bring it back until after dark, so nothing was visible on the black hood or top. The next day the hail damage was evident. ///Now they’re asking me to pay $1,500 to fix the dents they caused. Pricing Errors - $6,700 They added $1,000 to the sale price on their worksheet. ///I had to show them the Autotrader ad and the price on their own website. They added >$100 in extra tax (above the standard 6.25%) ///Couldn’t explain it nor were they willing to take it off. They added >$3,000 in “extra services.” ///Including “LoJack” I didn’t ask for, when the car already has a built-in tracker. The vehicle had not been serviced…ever. ///I had to pay an additional $1,600 to bring the vehicle up to date. They didn’t disclose they only had one key when I was purchasing it. ///It cost me $1,000 to replace the second key. If you’re keeping count, that’s an additional $8,200 I’ve had to pay out of pocket, just because I chose to buy from Crest Nissan. I really wanted to return the car the next day but was left with no legal recourse. Do yourself a favor and deal with literally anyone else. More
Horrible service! I purchased a 2020 Pathfinder (Certified Preowned) on May 6 and the car broke down on May 14th with a bad transmission! The dealership gave me the runaround for two days before someone (Oscar J.) responded with "maybe you drove the car wrong!" Nissan warranty doesn't cover todays cost of a rental car ($35 a day!...really?!). I bought certified preowned for the sole purpose of providing my son a reliable car for college living 1200 miles away. This car lasted 7 days! Called the Manager (Pacheco), but he is too big to call back customers. More
They were very respectful of our time and when I told them when we would be there they had the car pulled up washed and ready for us to look at.
