David, my service advisor, did great job. My recall/ repair was done same day (which was way faster than expected) and he was able to get me a car to drive. Excellent service by him! BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP In over nearly 50 years of buying both new and used cars. There was a day when the "CREST" name for cars meant something... not so with this Dealership in Frisco. Stay a way of buying both new and used cars. There was a day when the "CREST" name for cars meant something... not so with this Dealership in Frisco. Stay a way... go some place else is my advice based on my experience. I have never had a worst experience than with this dealership. It is now 6/6/23. I purchased a car from this dealership over a month ago (nearly 2 months now) and find they sold me a vehicle that has issues at the DMV. Therefore I have not received either my license plates and nor am I able to register the vehicle. I was contacted by Crest Nissan and notified of an issue at the DMV with the VIN number. Of course never having experienced any issue of this nature (i.e. involving the VIN number) with any other vehicle or Dealership (i.e. as a consumer) I had concerns. I called the Dealership several times over the course of nearly two weeks and finally was able to speak with someone. I have never been treated as rudely by this Dealership's management than any other Dealership in the Metroplex. There is no customer service here, at least not one that I am accustomed to helping customers. Both the Used Car manager and Used Car Director were rude and hang-up in my face simply because I asked for an explanation of how could they sell a vehicle NOT properly registered with the DMV. Well that question seemed to rub both of them the wrong way and thus from both of them an "in your face hang-up" followed. I thought the Director would be better at interacting with a paying customer than the Manager had. However, I was totally wrong. Apparently the Director's professionalism went out the window as I suspect the Manager had something to cause the abrupt change to a "non-customer centric" behavior and just plain rude. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THE CREST DEALERSHIP NAME EVER AGAIN IN LIFE... AND CAN NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOULD!! I gave these guys my hard earned money (~$20K) and I was treated as though I was the problem AND THE DMV ISSUE DIDN'T HAVE TO BE EXPLAINED BEYOND WHAT WAS SENT VIA EMAIL. IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS (USED)... YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO VIN NUMBER ISSUES. THERE SHOULD BE NO DISCREPENCY WHETHER THE CAR SOLD IS A 2013 OR 2015. IF THERE IS IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT... AND I THINK ANY REASONABLE AND CONCERNED CUSTOMER WOULD WANT TO KNOW MORE!! ONCE THEY GOT MY MONEY I WAS TREATED LIKE DIRT... VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY!! I AM CURRENTLY STUCK WITH A CAR THAT THE DMV WILL NOT ISSUE PLATES FOR THE CURRENT VIN. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. ALSO, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PAPERWORK FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE PACKAGE I PURCHASED. THESE FOLKS ARE SCARY TO ME!! THEY ARE DECEPTIVE AND NASTY AFTER THE PURCHASE. I GAVE THEM ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO ZERO OPTION!! READ MY COMPLAINT AT THE "BETTER-BUSINESS BUREAU!! More
