Update: Today is Monday 2/3 and I was promised a call this afternoon to discuss this issue and possibly talk about some sort of solution. To my disappointment, I have not only not received a call today… But I got no responses from my emails asking about a timeframe and what phone number the number would be calling from so I would be sure to answer it. This process is very frustrating and very unacceptable. I don’t have confidence that I will ever get a response at this point. I hope that whoever is reading this review and is looking to buy a vehicle, to not do business with crest Nissan in Frisco. They don’t seem to have anybody’s interests at heart. It seems they just want to sell you a car and be done with you, even if they know there were issues with the car prior to selling it to you.
