Worst management. Finance manager Enis is liar. when i bought a car he gave coupons and write on paper as a proof also. when i went to service , he lied and said he di Finance manager Enis is liar. when i bought a car he gave coupons and write on paper as a proof also. when i went to service , he lied and said he didn't give, and he didn't write. Later service team matched the writing and wave off service fee. In service department, when i asked for oil change and tyre rotation, they have done only oil change (assume they have done) and said its done. I need to specially asked whether Tyre rotation done or not. Then they took it back to workshop and did it. suggestion from my side if you go to serive at crest Nissan is verify and make sure every point you mentioned is taken care or not. More
