This dealership now charges 3% fee when you use a credit card to pay for your service, however, no one tells you this information until it’s time to pay. The cashier should not be responsible for telling t card to pay for your service, however, no one tells you this information until it’s time to pay. The cashier should not be responsible for telling this to customer, this is the responsibility of the service advisors. Overall excellent work my the service center but definitely a few things they can work on. Lastly, I have even gone to Nissan dealers in smaller city and they even have complimentary snacks for the customers but not CREST. Lastly, they never have enough vehicles for rent nor do they offer a courtesy shuttle. If you dont have enough cars, at least offer a shuttle service. A customer should not have to spend money at the dealership and pay money to get back home or work, furthermore, no one wants to stay at the dealership all day sitting on furniture that is not the most comfortable awaiting the completion of service. Crest has to do better. There was one time I would brag about the dealership’s service advisors, but now the culture has completely changed. More
The salesperson Carson was very attentive and presented all the viable vehicles based on my criteria. He explained the pros and cons of each vehicle and factored in my search criteria. The selection was difficult but there were no sale pressure involved. After a test drive and a decision, we were offered different options to finance the car. Finance was also unexpectedly easy and hassle free. Leon provided all the options and recommended packages. He also took account my concerns and recommended the best package and deals to take. They also assisted in securing my finance while in a middle of a credit freeze. More
Worst dealership to take your car to for repairs. Lugnuts on vehicles tend to expand and cannot be taken off except at dealership for a charge. Plus overcharge for replacements.
