I had one of the best experiences last night when I arrived at Crest Nissan. We were greeted and taken care of by David Jones. He was very attentive, informative and knowledgeable as well as understand arrived at Crest Nissan. We were greeted and taken care of by David Jones. He was very attentive, informative and knowledgeable as well as understanding and willing to meet our needs. That is hard to find these days! I left the dealership last night with a wonderful car which is the exact car I was hoping for after being followed up with and updated through Henry Ventura online and through phone. I will definitely return in the future to David and Crest Nissan. And the finance member Christian was also great and had us all set and out the door within 30 minutes! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

The MOST DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, DISRESPECTUL, and MANIPULATIVE experience we’ve ever encountered!!! Please, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! We worked with three people from this dealership, overall–Eri MANIPULATIVE experience we’ve ever encountered!!! Please, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! We worked with three people from this dealership, overall–Erica Gray, Cody Cameron, and a Sales Manager (I believe his name was Justin Elliott). I also emailed and called and left a message for Brian Pacheco (General Manager) about questions and concerns, and he never responded–after receiving an email that if we had any questions, then we could directly contact Brian. This experience was really xxxx-poor. One, they will give you the highest APR possible. How do we know? Because we went to other dealerships after this whole experience and got a way better APR from where we decided to actually purchase. They will waste your time. They kept lying and telling us a car was ready to be sold and you get there, the 150 point inspection check hasn’t been done and the car hasn’t been reconditioned. They will try to force you to sign for a vehicle with none of that completed and say “if you or someone signs, then that’s when we will do the inspection”. How can you try to pressure someone to sign when at minimum, the 150 inspection check hasn’t been done?! Anything can be wrong with that car and you’re trying to bully us into signing for it. Then, try to reassure us that “people do this all the time”. Not to mention, they will tell you one price and hide money or add hidden fees and can’t explain it. Case and point, we originally came in to look at a vehicle that was a little over $14,457 (Murano Gray, 80,000+ miles). Ran credit the same day to get an estimate on numbers. We came back the next day to look at a vehicle for $12,487 (Black Murano, 112,000+ miles). The manager came back and said they couldn’t approve us for that because they already approved us for the first vehicle, so we couldn’t switch cars. Mind you, this was only a quote option, we didn’t sign anything yet. Then magically they were able to change to the lower priced vehicle after we questioned them about it. However, the new option they gave us now had a selling price of $14,999 and not the $12,487 number. (See photos). When asked about the discrepancies, we were told “that’s just what it is…it’s banker fees…we’re not in finance so we don’t know why it’s more.” Just to be clear, the first loan option for the first car we looked at didn’t have a bankers fee. We asked why there was now a bankers fee and they kept saying the same thing, “I don’t know, I’m not in finance.” Then eventually they said there is a bankers fee now because the mileage on the new car is higher. In addition to trying to make us sign a contract, they were trying to make us sign for the incorrect vehicle. Each time we asked them to change to the correct vehicle ($12,487), on the loan paper, they would say, “don’t worry about that stuff, it will get changed.” We also asked multiple times, if we signed, how long do we have to unwind/void the contract. They would never give us an answer. Now why on earth would we sign for this shady deal, when at minimum the car information isn’t even correct on the paper. Money is being moved and added to the selling price and they can’t explain! Sounds like they’re hiding money or fudging numbers or something. They should ABSOLUTELY be INVESTIGATED for unethical and manipulative business practices and processes. I had a longer, more detailed review, but it was longer than Google would allow. However, I will be sure they are reported with every detailed account. I’m so glad we didn’t purchase a vehicle from here and found one somewhere else. More

The service that I received was excellent. It was the largest maintenance I have ever done at one time. Nevertheless, apart from the price, it was compl6on time as promised.
