I'm really sorry that i can't give them "0" star ratings they deserve.My contacts were mostly - Mike and his mgr Leroy -. Mike never followed up. Whatever said and done with the used car sales mgr Leroy were lost somewhere in the dealership. After 2 weeks, a conversation with their superior made me realize that they were putting words into my mouth. In the end it boils down to this - they did not want me to have a 3rd party car inspection done on a cpo we were interested in. Please be aware!! If you are considering to buy a used car from this dealership, make sure that you have a 3rd party inspection done - even if you are thinking about a CPO. Over the years, we've dealt with many dealerships. At times even when the car is a CPO from Lincoln / Cadillac and it does not have any accidents reported on the Carfax, some are involved in accidents and repaired. Any malfunction stemming from an accident will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty!!! I wonder why this dealership has 2.5 stars on Yelp. More

I had found some issues (overlooked by service) after I purchased the vehicle (probably worth $900 of repairs; Door lock, parking break and tires). He had service fix them for no cost to me. I love the car and the sales/service team there. I will definitely return when I need another car. More

Great Experience It has been awhile since I've purchased a vehicle (5 long years) and have to say working the Dale Zarnick was wonderful. Since I'm a credit challenge It has been awhile since I've purchased a vehicle (5 long years) and have to say working the Dale Zarnick was wonderful. Since I'm a credit challenge individual it was rewarding to have someone listen to your story and find a solution while keeping within the budget. My past experience is that folks try to upsell you or over finance and with Dale that did not happen. Got a great deal at a good price. Can't wait until my next purchase! More

Avoid Crest Lincoln at all costs! Not only is the service manager rude (as other reviews attest to), the service advisor is worse. He is extremely condescending; and good luck on finishing a sentence as he manager rude (as other reviews attest to), the service advisor is worse. He is extremely condescending; and good luck on finishing a sentence as he interrupts you constantly. I actually called him out on it and he didn't care. Any problems you have with their service to your car will be turned around so that it's your fault. I had such a lack of confidence with their service that I took my car to another Ford mechanic to have checked out. Sure enough, he found a problem in how they put the engine cover on (was pinching the radiator hose) and Crest said I had a transmission fluid leak (wanted $510 to fix) - guess what? - NO fluid leaks anywhere. Find another dealer to go to! My want to rethink about purchasing a Lincoln also. My 6 yr old, 89K Navigator needed the engine replaced because a part INSIDE the engine broke off and damaged the piston. Lincoln contributed $1600 toward the $6200 bill for the new engine - I expected more from a Ford truck engine than 89K miles! More
two times i brought my 2011 town car in for service and both times they found no problem at this time!!!! 1st time was the a/c not blowing cold & they found no problem but when I got to florida and brought both times they found no problem at this time!!!! 1st time was the a/c not blowing cold & they found no problem but when I got to florida and brought it to service they found a leaky vaporizer and replaced it!!! Now when I brought it in for the a/c vent not blowing equally, rough&knocking cold starts after being parked for a couple of days, the engine light came on and they said it's normal to have a misfire and NO PROBLEM FOUND!!! NOW I NEED TO FIND A DIFFERENT DEALER FOR MY WARRANTEE SERVICE !!!! P.S. ONLY 25,000 Miles & I've had Lincoln Town Cars since 1993 !!! More
