When I experienced an emergency just before Christmas this dealership came though for me and solved my dilemma in half a day thereby negating my need to rent a vehicle over the Christmas Holidays. I came to Crest because I did not receive very good service from another Lincoln dealer near by. I was not disappointed in Crest. Porscha LaDuke, my sales rep was great. I emailed her to begin a conve service from another Lincoln dealer near by. I was not disappointed in Crest. Porscha LaDuke, my sales rep was great. I emailed her to begin a conversation about leasing a new vehicle, and she had pricing for me within 2 hours. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Lincoln Nautilus and all the components. I switched iPhones which meant resetting the sync between the phone and car and she helped with this too, happily. Crest has my business going forward. More
