Price paid for my vehicle versus others in the same category was way to pricey. It has no power, It is only a four cylinder. Took our Lincoln MKS in for a noise coming from the engine 5 weeks ago. We were told it was upper motor mount on mpi and right hub assembly. Charged $974.75! 5 weeks later same noise coming feomnthe e engine 5 weeks ago. We were told it was upper motor mount on mpi and right hub assembly. Charged $974.75! 5 weeks later same noise coming feomnthe engine. Had 7:30am appt on Monday...car was not even looked at til Tuesday mid morning, no calls or updates..we had to call. We were now told it was the AWD ..power take off assembly...to the tune of $1716.34!!! So..$2690.89 later...the same noise..we totally believe out Lincoln was mis-diagnosed the first time....we were told it was a completely different issue! We are pursuing this further...totally believe we have been overcharged and did not fix the same noise problem initially! Good for Crest...not for us! More
