Made an appointment and dropped off vehicle Friday at 7:45 am, 15 minutes before appointment time for a VERY simple service request. Never heard from anybody, so called about 4:00 pm and was told my vehi 7:45 am, 15 minutes before appointment time for a VERY simple service request. Never heard from anybody, so called about 4:00 pm and was told my vehicle was still waiting to be looked at and they’d get to it on Saturday and were open 7-3 on Saturday. Never heard from anybody on Saturday. Called first things Monday after seeing on the link that it still hadn’t been looked at and told them I’d take elsewhere. Terrible communication. Terrible service. I’m going back to the dealer I have been using even though it is 30 minutes before appointment further drive for me More

They are always very kind and welcoming when I go to the service department. This time I was disappointed with the service department when they detailed my car they took things out of my side door pocket th service department. I needed an oil change and arrived at the dealership at 5:00. They were able to get my request completed and additional services suggested, vehicle washed in an hour and 1/2. Great service every time! I am greeted upon arrival. They take care of me in the waiting area or if I request a loaner vehicle.
