We called Crest one rainy night to check if this specific car was still available (after researching it on Crest's website). Within a few minutes, we received a video message from Nate, in the rain, showing the car inside and out, letting us know it was still available. Since it was a Christmas weekend, we couldn't get down in person for a few more days to check it out. But, when we could, we talked with Nate again through text messages to confirm it was still there are that we were on our way to see it. When we pulled up, Nate had it ready for us to check out and test drive. He answered all our questions and was very friendly, but not pushy. Then at second attempt, i met with Robert, GM, and met with Nathaniel. Finding the right car and Negotiation took only about an hour which is pretty fast. These two made it right for me and cut a great deal. It was dec 31st and I got Nate worked until 9pm. Sorry if I messed up your New Year's Eve. If you go to this dealership ask for Nate and of course meet with Robert, generous man.
