Terence was our sales person and it was his first day. He had to go get answers to a few questions, but overall he was awesome. We picked up the car on Monday and had to wait again as it was not ready. The last two issues are the reason for the 4 star rating, not 5. That said, this is the second car I bought from Crest, so that speaks volumes. More

I have heard about the nightmare service of Crest Honda or anything Crest owns for many years. I decided (out of desperation and EXCELLENT credit) to purchase a used vehicle due to financial setbacks after or anything Crest owns for many years. I decided (out of desperation and EXCELLENT credit) to purchase a used vehicle due to financial setbacks after an unexpected divorce, dumped debt on me and my only vehicle collapsed. It was suggested that I get a lease. I explained again and again to the sales rep (a lady whose name I can't recall) that a lease may not work due to my 85 mile a day round-trip commute. She insisted that It would not affect me returning the vehicle at the end of the lease. Lies. Upon returning, I was treated with the rudest condescending sales rep with derrogatory racial comments and was informed (with shock) that I had "good credit". PLUS, the monthly rate was 4 times the amount I would have paid ANYWHERE else. I was warned that if I turned down the offer, I would NEVER be able to find anything better. Needless to say, I already did...at the Lexus Dealer just a block or so away. And I was treated with respect...NOTHING like I dealt with at Crest Honda in the Metro Center area. In addition, I had a friend work for Crest years ago and he quit the day a minority woman with an 840 score was sold new car with close to 22% interest. No one, regardless of race, can do wrong to others without a return of unkindness. This is not a threat but a reality of life. EVERYONE deserves respect. More
Although I did not have the best experience with this dealership at first, they really worked with me to make sure that I did not leave their establishment on a bad note which I appreciate.
