I sent an online request for a particular vehicle to get more information. I was contacted back via email from Nate Allen he also sent me a link for a video to watch. The video was of Nate the singing salesman introducing himself , he also had customer's that he had sold vehicles to. This was a good way to get to know the salesperson before you ever meet. Once I met him in person he excided all of my expectations. He made the process so easy and explained everything about buying a car. He worked so hard to get me the perfect deal down to the interest rate and payments. And after the paperwork was completed he had the car washed and full of gas. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and remember ask for the singing salesman. More

Stranded on the side of the road because of Crest Honda Bought a used Honda Odyssey from Crest a few years ago. When we test drove it, among other things, I noticed that there was no spare tire(it was also Bought a used Honda Odyssey from Crest a few years ago. When we test drove it, among other things, I noticed that there was no spare tire(it was also poorly detailed, which I was quick to point out). I asked them to put a spare in it before we took delivery. During delivery I verified that they had put a spare in it. I should have verified that they put a spare that actually fit on the van. I found out why I should have verified that the spare for today. We were in Memphis and picked up a nail in our tire. While trying to limp along to the closest tire shop, the tire ran flat. So, I stopped on the side of I-40 in the middle of not the best part of town. I then proceeded to remove the tire and Jack to replace the now flat tire. The first thing I noticed was that the donut of a spare was nearly flat...major bummer. Once the tire was off the van, I then picked up the donut and tried to line up the lugs with the holes. First effort was a no go, so I rotated the donut thinking that would help. Not so much. After I put it down in disgust, I walked it off for a moment trying to compose myself thinking I was just hot and frustrated and surely the donut would slide on for the third attempt. No luck. So, we called AAA to the rescue. All the while, my wife, 4 year old and 18 month old are in the car and we are getting low on gas...and did I mention we were in Memphis? In September? (It's hot outside!) So, AAA comes along and they aren't much help, all they had was batteries and an air compressor...so, the tow truck is called next. Luckily, my mother in law was a couple of miles away and she came to get the wife and kids while I waited on the tow truck. Just before she was about to drive off, a Good Samaritan came along who just happened to own a tire shop down the road. As luck would have it, this kind gentlemen was an old family friend who had just been to his store to check on his property and was driving home when he spotted us. He took me to his shop and plugged the tire free of charge. I can't express my gratitude to this man enough. We were literally stranded on the side of the freeway because the folks at Crest couldn't spend 5 minutes checking to make sure the spare they found for our van actually fit. When we were shopping for a vehicle I looked at Crest because of their pricing. There's a lot more to doing business today than just a good price. If you're going to buy a used vehicle from Crest, I'd recommend you take it to your mechanic to get a full inspection before signing the papers. At this point, I think I'm owed a spare that actually fits. I'll be sure to put it on the van first to see that it fits. More
