She called them back an hour later and worked out a deal over the phone. She told the salesman she needed to get some money moved around at the bank and would come by after that. An hour after, she made the deal over the phone, she arrived at the dealership to find that someone else was test driving it and they were working out a deal with them, presumably for more money. I came in, he listened to everything I had to say, didn't force anything on me, and gave me the space to make the decision I needed to. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Great Experience After driving all around Franklin, Columbia, and Nashville all day looking for the perfect trim, year, mileage, and features we wanted in a Chevy Equi After driving all around Franklin, Columbia, and Nashville all day looking for the perfect trim, year, mileage, and features we wanted in a Chevy Equinox, we FINALLY found the perfect one at Crest Honda in Nashville about 5:00 p.m.. Nate D. Allen was super nice and fun, and made the long day seem a lot shorter. I'm the type to always get buyers remorse after any large purchase, but Nate was so great, that for once, I walked out not feeling bad that we'd just bought the car. More

After looking into a couple other local Honda dealerships, I emailed Crest inquiring about what they could offer me for an out the door price. Nate D. Allen was very quick to respond and professional in our negotiations so when it came time to come in and actually purchase the car, we had an agreed upon price and all I had to do was pick which '16 Civic LX from the lot I wished to take home. Even after the purchase, Nate has been quick to respond with any questions that I have on the car. Just a painless car buying experience. I hope I won't need a new car for awhile but if I do, I will be sure to give Nate and Crest Honda my service again. More

Great Overall Experience My wife and I initially went in to look at a used Odyssey that we saw online. When we got to the dealership, we noticed that there was a smokie smell inside the van. That is not an option for us...we are not smokers and we have a toddler...so we said we would pass. Nate was very apologetic and immediately worked on meeting our needs. He began telling us about the incentives on the brand new 2016's, because it was November, and that's what we ended up purchasing...for only a few thousand dollars more than the used one. We don't foresee needing a vehicle anytime soon, but if we do, we will certainly go to Crest Honda and see Nate again! Also, the finance manager we worked with was very thorough, accomadating and patient with us as we had our daughter there with us. More
Excellent customer service I dreaded looking for my son's first car. I wanted to get a decent car from a reputable dealer. Looking for a few weeks caused me to start thinking I dreaded looking for my son's first car. I wanted to get a decent car from a reputable dealer. Looking for a few weeks caused me to start thinking I couldn't get both in my price range. I don't know why, but I found Crest Honda's website. The website had a few cars in my price range and I emailed the dealer. From that moment on was one of the best experiences I've ever had car shopping. I had an email from Nate Allen thanking me for looking at their website and asking me when i'd like to see the cars I'd saved. I visited the dealer on a Friday, drove the vehicles in which I was interested and a few that Nate thought might interest me. I came back the next morning and Nate was extremely helpful again, including explaining that 1 car that had interested me but had a service engine light on had been taken in and repaired after I left the previous evening. Even though I didn't buy the car at that minute, he was there to answer every question, even calling the manager over when I had questions that he couldn't answer. I told him that the car that I wanted was too expensive but that I would be back on the following Monday about possibly buying another car. That Monday the price dropped twice & Nate sent me an email letting me know. Long story short (too late) I came back in & bought the car. The price was right but I wouldn't have gone back if Nate hadn't been so helpful! More
