The Only Place to Buy a Car! We have purchased two new Honda vehicles from Crest over the course of the past 3 years and in both instances I worked with Nate. We drive almost 150 miles to deal with them and it would be worth a trip twice that for the level of customer service and the competitive pricing. They are fair on their prices and generous with their trade-in allowances. There was no high-pressure tactics and the finance mangers present you with options without being over-bearing or pushy about it. Great dealership! More
Nate is the man! Nate Allen was awesome. Within ten minutes of he and I talking on the phone, he had gone out to the lot, found a vehicle, shot a personalized video of Nate Allen was awesome. Something changed I have bought two cars from Crest and have exclusively had them serviced there. Until the last three months I was very satisfied. I called to schedule I have bought two cars from Crest and have exclusively had them serviced there. Until the last three months I was very satisfied. I called to schedule an appointment for the airbag recall. I asked how long it would take and due to the time requested a loaner. I asked if I needed an appointment for a loaner and could not understand the answer. The rep got frustrated and put me on hold. A man came on the phone and again I had trouble understanding his answer to my question. He told me he had answered my question and had taken care of my problem. He was getting angry at what seemed to be my failure to understand him. I asked him about this and he got angrier. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. I asked to speak to his boss. He told me he was the boss. I did take the car in and the service rep was fine. I got an email from the General Manager, Robert Holly about service and responded to him with my concerns. Never heard back. Being a creature of habit I took my wife's car in for an oil change. Called and was told no appointment needed. The service rep who greeted me was training a new rep and seemed more interested in his needs than mine. After an hour and 1/2 I located him and asked him the status. He said the were busy and it would be awhile. I asked why he hadn't told me this before. No response. The finally finished and did comp the oil change. I won't be back. More

I was tight on time (infant at home, limited time to shop), and they were willing to stay after hours to help me get through all the paperwork and such. No eye rolling or heavy sighs when I (because I'm picky) decided at the last minute to change my choice of vehicle (better deal!!). And while Nate Allen likes to be known as the Singing Salesman, I never got a tune. BUT! He did let me play his mandolin while I waited. More

First Brand New Car I had no plan on buying today. I got to Crest right when they opened and Nate just happened to see me looking at accords. He didn't press me. We started talking and realized we both served on the same ship in the Navy and we finally got around to talking cars an hour later. Great guy, great experience. Recommend him as your salesperson anytime. More

Nate Allen immediately sent me 2 videos of the inside and out of the vehicle so I knew I wasn't wasting my time driving down to see it in person. CREST'ed with a 2017 Honda Civic EX-L I had been looking and researching new cars for a few months, ultimately deciding on a Honda Civic EX-L. I read different dealerships online reviews, with Crest Honda having much better ratings then a dealership closer to home...so Crest Honda and Nate Allen won the coin toss. I met with Nate and had a great buying experience while also getting the car I'd been searching for. Corey and Ashley were both very helpful in the Finance Dept. Every person I worked with went over and beyond my expectations making the transaction virtually seamless.....up until I hit a huge snag, which was beyond anyone's control. But nonetheless, Nate and Mr. Holly corrected the problem making things right for me, thank goodness. Zac Harris also kept me in the loop with continuous updates, throughout the entire process. I love my new car and have no doubt I made the right choice in dealerships. I actually won't mind taking my car in for routine checkups, lol...never thought I'd say that. Tammy More
