The website says, “We are focused on helping you to get back behind the wheel of your Honda quickly while also ensuring that your vehicle is serviced correctly with your first visit to our auto center.” Lo back behind the wheel of your Honda quickly while also ensuring that your vehicle is serviced correctly with your first visit to our auto center.” Long story short, I’ve been dealing with an engine/exhaust issue since July 8. Crest Honda does not properly diagnose the issue all they do is look at the car and guess. I’ve been to the service center 3 times for the same issue. Before my most recent visit, I took my car to another Honda Certified Mechanic. They had my car for a day and a half and were able to tell me exactly what’s wrong with my car. I took my car back to Creat Honda and they told me 1 of 3 thing could be wrong after 30-45 minutes. I don’t have the time or the money for guessing. The website sets the expectation that my car will be serviced correctly at the first visit. Creat Honda has failed after 3 attempts and all they are willing to do is not charge me for labor. I haven’t been charged for labor since the first repair, no labor charge is no longer enough. Additionally, the other mechanic informed me that there is a safety recall on my car. Creat Honda failed at that too. More
WOW!! That is the theme of this review. The people at Crest Honda are the best!! If you are buying a Honda, buy it there. Their service will WOW you! We are from Chicago and were travelling thru the N Crest Honda are the best!! If you are buying a Honda, buy it there. Their service will WOW you! We are from Chicago and were travelling thru the Nashville area when our van broke down around 2:30PM. My family was in a city we are not familiar with, and our van would not run. This could have been a nightmare for the family. Instead, Crest Honda made an awful situation into a very tolerable one. My wife called Crest Honda in desperation. We had no idea what to do. Zac Harris was outstanding!! He calmed my wife down and provided the name and number of a towing company. He also told us that if we could get the van to the dealer before 5:00, he would have a technician try and fix it before the day was over. WOW!!! The van arrived at the dealer around 4:30 and Zac was able to get someone to evaluate the situation. They determined the repair would take a few hours, so it would have to be in the morning. Luckily, there was a hotel right across the street, so the family stayed there. In the morning, Crest Honda went right to work on the van. They determined the breakdown was caused by an error in the repair at the dealer in Chicago and that the transmission was shot. They found a way to get us back on the road to Chicago with a temporary fix so we could go home. WOW!! The double WOW happened after we arrived home. Zac called to make sure we arrived home safely. WOW!!! WOW!! If you want service that goes beyond expectations, you need to shop at Crest Honda. More
Came in to test drive an Odyssey. The vehicle was clean and decently priced. Requested an evaluation on my trade in and was offered less than half the fair market trade in value which was truly insulting. and decently priced. After the insulting offer we received there was no reason to even negotiate as I will not be doing business at this dealership. More
First, I had a preapproval and they ran it through a million finance companies anyway. Now I have had the car a month and haven’t gotten a tag because I do not have a title. I have called several times million finance companies anyway. Now I have had the car a month and haven’t gotten a tag because I do not have a title. I have called several times but the Title Clerk, Christy does not feel it important enough to call back. Definitely was not worth my drive and I wish I had used another dealer. More
I made my first purchase at Crest Honda about a week ago and can't say enough about all the friendly people we dealt with. Juan was our salesperson, Brandon the service manager, Troy the sales manager and I and can't say enough about all the friendly people we dealt with. Juan was our salesperson, Brandon the service manager, Troy the sales manager and I can't forget Countess in finance. Brandon and Troy went above and beyond to help us with a concern we had with the car after bringing it home. Everything was taken care of quickly and we are very satisfied! A big thank you to all of you for all of your help and getting us into a car very quickly. You are all appreciated. More
Much better dealerships around, ran my credit score just to not communicate or call back, and seemingly stop focusing or even caring for a customer who needed more information than just “we need 10,000, not to not communicate or call back, and seemingly stop focusing or even caring for a customer who needed more information than just “we need 10,000, nothing else can be done.” Honda of Murfreesboro was much better, I highly recommend them. A review that is bit over due (~1month). I had the opportunity to browse online and schedule an appointment to test drive a Honda Civic Si in a matter of minutes. Fady Metry gave a call and was extrem opportunity to browse online and schedule an appointment to test drive a Honda Civic Si in a matter of minutes. Fady Metry gave a call and was extremely polite and understanding of my travels from Knoxville to Nashville. He tried his best to ensure the car was on the lot until I got to test drive. His patience with me in trying to get my own insurance sorted out was very much appreciated since it took off some embarrassment (I thought I had all my paperwork with me). Lets not forget to mention Michael Tarpey, the finance director, who was not pushy about things aside from warranty (which I think is understandable). Even then, he worked with me and offered what I thought was reasonable. I will say he seems very understanding if you decide to say no to any offer. One thing I wish I paid a bit more attention to is that this dealership is a "Sonic Priced" dealership which in short means no haggling. Not that it is a bad thing it just I seemed like a xxxxx for trying after I said I did my research... Price of vehicle in comparison to other honda civic si on other lots was definitely well below sticker price. All I can say is... if you think you are a good/great haggler/bargainer then try a different place but if you want to save time and frustration then look into Sonic Priced Dealerships. More
To start off I should say we live 50+ miles from Crest Honda but they had 3 cars that we were very interested in. Being a ways away we wanted to make sure everything was still on the lot before we made th Honda but they had 3 cars that we were very interested in. Being a ways away we wanted to make sure everything was still on the lot before we made the trip. My wife called and talked to a sales person who assured her they had every vehicle available. She also asked if there was any play in any of the prices before we decided to make the trip as well. She was told they would be room but would not haggle over the phone, which I can understand. She called one more time as we were driving to the location since it was after work and we may have to negotiate rush hour traffic. My wife again was reassured they would bargain on the price and all three vehicles were available to show. We show up and guess what? Only one vehicle on the lot the other two were either sold or transferred to another lot. The one vehicle to remain on the lot was the most expensive (imagine that). The salesperson we got when we arrived was not the one we talked to and he seemed to be very nice, but when asked how much room was in the most expensive car he informed us that they do not negotiate? Everything they told her was a lie to get us on the lot and try to sell her a car. We waisted about $30 in gas and our time which is more valuable because of lies. When a person is willing to spend thousands at your location trust should be a big part of the process. If one is willing to lie to someone knowing they live so far away ten everything they say should be questioned. We tried calling for a reasonable explanation but none was given. Folks be careful and double check anything they say before you buy. I would recommend you just find a more trustworthy establishment. More
