Very poor/shady sales practices. The internet guy (Ethan) called me almost immediately asking what I was looking for and I told him about already having a deal in place in Alabama. He said I have a Pilot here, why are you driving all the way down there? I hadn’t seen it when doing my search, so I thought that if they could do a deal close to the dealer out of state it would save me time and I would be able to shop local. I arrived within an hour of talking to Ethan, driving across Nashville in pouring rain. He set me up with a salesman, who said he thought that car was sold, but he would check. It was of course sold. They had some other Pilots though! No awd ones. The sales manager had one that they wanted more than MSRP for a demo (used) one. They lied to get me in the door, then try and switch me to a different model or upsell me on an overpriced used car. More
Spoke to Ryan in service. Very rude! Had a battery issue and they wouldn't honor what was told to me by someone over the phone.i purchased my chevy from them. I was told it wa Very rude! I was told over the phone the pro rated amount was 60 and change. Ryan talked to me as if I lied or made that up! Asked for a Manger and he refused to get him for me. So unprofessional and condescending. More

This rating is 0 stars but I have to give one star to proceed forward. Called on Friday and set up an appointment to testvdrive a car on Saturday. Called when I was on the way to confirm they had the vehicle available. When I get there, they made a copy of my DL in anticipation of the test drive. After 30 minutes of waiting for them to "find the keys" they ask me to come back on Monday because the car is not ready to drive. Uhm, that's why we had an appointment set. They have lost a customer for life. More
My salesman was Al, but he and his mgr “made me” pay for options I did NOT want nor did I need! Both of them said it’s mandatory to buy them. I did not like Crest at all! But was out of my league since I’d options I did NOT want nor did I need! Both of them said it’s mandatory to buy them. I did not like Crest at all! But was out of my league since I’d never purchased a new car before. It was unbelievably stressful and I tried to get out of the deal. Al openly mocked me as I was inexperienced with dealers. I called mgr Jared 4 times and left messages about concerns I had. To this day, (weeks have gone by) he has not returned a single call!!. Buyer beware. You will be forced to buy extras you don’t want and don’t need! More
