I told what I wanted, what I did not want, what my limits were, and she worked within all of them. In a year I hope to pay her visit in the hopes of getting into an F150. Hopefully, Ford will offer more reasonable deals. $4000, and $5000 down, is ridiculous. The finance guy at Crest was wonderful. I was in and out-Best experience I have ever had leasing, or buying a vehicle. And then lastly. Getting into another vehicle I researched. I tried to find the best deal I could for what I needed. Crest the overall experience was GREAT! Other dealerships I dealt with need to follow their example. A couple of dealerships were really unprofessional. One dealership I was left feeling like I had been somewhat offended. If a salesperson is dealing with a customer other staff does not come over and tell them their appointment, Ms. Mr. is waiting for them. It was done three times. Hand the salesperson a note, the staff could keep the customer comfortable until the salesperson is done dealing with his other appointment. I was left feeling like I did not matter. Not the first time I have had not so great experience with this dealership. I will not deal with the dealership again. I went into a Chevy dealership and a Dodge Dealership in my pursuit to find a vehicle and these were good experiences. But I came back to Ford because I have been with Ford for many years. So, Ford Dealerships like Crest Ford are nice to walk into. Many years I dealt with Jorgenson Ford in Detroit--Crest Ford is my dealership now. More
