Enjoyed working with this dealership and appreciate the quality of the vehicle. I was not near the dealership and handled the transaction via phone and video tour. Crest Ford was very accommodating with my niece, who did not have transportation to get to the dealer, or back to her place of employment.. When we took their used car to a mechanic shop nearby, who had did not have transportation to get to the dealer, or back to her place of employment.. When we took their used car to a mechanic shop nearby, who had run a full diagnostic on it, and found out the scope of the repairs, Crest Ford gave us nearly that amount OFF the price of the vehicle. Because of the price of the car ($5500) it did not come with a warranty but since we got it checked out, and they paid for the majority of the repairs (less new tires and a gas gauge) we were able to purchase the car, which was one owner and no accidents. More
My sales rep was Brent and I can say he is the man. Keep in mind everyone wants to speak to him. He is hot xxxx at Ford crest, so be aware of the celebrity popularity. He isn’t just a sales person, the vehicles sale itself! He is just real and transparent. He don’t care about making the money. I’m sure he has a family to feed like anyone else, but he has interpersonal skills where it’s about making sure you get the car you deserve and your taken care of. Usually sales reps try to enforce a decision or tell you to keep adding and adding more money. But Brent he is like well let me talk to my finance manager or he doesn’t always agree with the finance manager because he is like we need to sell cars. I’m not holding on to nothing. If someone wants it let’s give it to them. Brent is about business. He is not about vehicles collecting dust to look good for a bigger or better buyer. He wants business to keep booking and running the way it should. Thanks Brent for the work you do. I referred everyone to Brent. Honestly, Ford should do a training program called the BRENT WAY! That even sounds bad xxx anyways. Get like Brent. Thanks again crest. More
