Cars damaged and poor service We had three cars serviced for recalls. Car number one needed to be returned due to wiring harness not plugged back in and door locks did not work. Worst Ever My son went there to by his first new car. They did all the paper work on the car and put a deposit on the car. They told him that the car would be ready for pick up @ 7 pm. The day he was suppose to pick it up the salesman ( Brent ) called and told him the car was sold from under them and the car was no longer available. They told us there was nothing that could be done and that they were not ABC Warehouse. I spoke to the manger on duty (Ken )and asked what could be done to make this situation right and he informed me that there was nothing that could be done and that they were fine with losing the sale. I also spoke to the dealership that had the car. They informed us that there was never a request sent over from Crest Ford for the car. Please stay away from this dealership...Terrible business practice... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! More
Customer service lacking at the top. Had auto start put on 2017 F150. Courtesy shuttle got me to work. When work was done was informed short handed and no one to pick me up as promised. Was informed TWO managers were aware of my situation. Service was trying to find a driver. I finally got a friend to drive me back to Crest. Courtesy van was parked right outside. Real shame no one in management has a valid drivers license or gives a xxxx about customer service after the sale. More

Buyer Beware BUYER BEWARE!!!! Had to stop ? on the way home for air in tires after handing over $30,000 for a F150. A Ford Certified truck delivered with 40% oil BUYER BEWARE!!!! Had to stop ? on the way home for air in tires after handing over $30,000 for a F150. A Ford Certified truck delivered with 40% oil life left. I seriously cannot believe their service department ever checked the vehicle. The only thing checked were all the boxes on the delivery paperwork!!! Be prepared for management (Ken Wood) when you contact them about the problem. He laughed and yelled “perfect” in the phone !!!! So think three times before you buy the ESP Policy. Where you finance or your credit union can offer you a better policy at a better price!! Paperwork:Floor-mats secured and not loose in vehicle. Actually no floor mats in truck. Just plastic on floor. Their answer for tires being 15 psi low was weather turned cold. The oil being 40% - the tech forgot to reset. (I guess they think you can’t check a dipstick. ) I guess Ford better get a better idea. My biggest gripe is their practice of installing bedlliners in every truck they get in at the dealer and tacking $400.00 on to the price! The Customer is forced to buy these bedliners! There are much better bedliners available elsewhere at half the price! The customer should always be able to choose! Also, shop around for the Ford ESP plan, I found the same plan at a huge savings at a different dealer. More

Very Helpful and Informative I was in town for a graduation party and needed to kill time and find out more about the Mustang and leasing. Knowing I was from Atlanta and not in t I was in town for a graduation party and needed to kill time and find out more about the Mustang and leasing. Knowing I was from Atlanta and not in the market for at least a couple of months, John Bacarella still spend a least 45 minutes showing me the car and explaining the advantages of leasing. If he would do that for me with no prospect of making a sale, just think what he would do for you if you bought a car from Crest. Thank you John for being so helpful. More
