The dealership is clean and local. Service writer Ryan Lacric is an exceptional person who tried to go above and beyond to help me. My problem is with the service as a whole. My vehi Service writer Ryan Lacric is an exceptional person who tried to go above and beyond to help me. My problem is with the service as a whole. My vehicle spent almost 3 months there and at the end of the day I spend almost $1800 to replace a part that didn’t solve my problem. Once the vehicle was returned to me it took me 2 days to diagnose and repair the problem myself. Problem is when I picked up the vehicle originally my heated seats and HVAC system didn’t work at all. But the did work when I dropped it off. I called back and tried to get it in again and was told it’s not a programming issue and I would need to book a troubleshooting appointment again. Likely spending money for something I believe the technician caused. I feel extremely ripped off and have spend most of my savings on a repair that did nothing. I’m definitely spreading the word to not use that service department and am currently exploring my options. I just want the things that use to work when I brought it in to work again. More

I was treated with respect when asked a question that I could not answer and should have known the answer. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Ryan, the young man helping me, asked me where could not answer and should have known the answer. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Ryan, the young man helping me, asked me where the 'lug nut key' was and I had no idea what that was or where it was to be used. He showed me the one different bolt on the tire where it is used to unlock and we found it very easily in the trunk of my car.
