Our salesman was an awful communicator. Once he got the sale in the showroom, he walked away. We assumed he was going to get some paperwork. We were left waiting for 10 minutes before anoth Once he got the sale in the showroom, he walked away. We assumed he was going to get some paperwork. We were left waiting for 10 minutes before another employee asked if we needed anything else. Our salesman had gone into another room to meet a different client, without saying goodbye to us, without thanking us for the XT6 sale, and without telling us what the next steps were to pick up the car. When we did come back to pick up the car we requested to work with a different employee, who was much more personable. The service department was great at giving us a tutorial of the car and answering our questions before we drove away. More
