Replaced the Cadillac Cue System in our 2016 Escalade. Claimed system could be replaced at minimal cost as Cadillac recognized the issue. Vehicle was out of warranty and we didn’t purchase originally from Claimed system could be replaced at minimal cost as Cadillac recognized the issue. Visiting from out of state, late on a Friday afternoon I noticed a tear in the sidewall of one of my tires.
