Send my son to get an estimate with the Body shop we sent in the estimate to to the insurance company to get approval, After approval for the repairs I called the bodyshop for an appointment. I spoke to Aaro in the estimate to to the insurance company to get approval, After approval for the repairs I called the bodyshop for an appointment. I spoke to Aaron at the Bodyshop office at crest Cadillac. Took the car in on the appointment day and I was told to bring the car ib a couple days, somehow miss they place our information. Come back another couple day later.i Was just dropping off the vehicle again they misses placed our information, both times waited over an hour even the rental car person had to wait for, Aaron from the Body shop service department didn't even make any eye contact with me,both times which I think is poor customer service. When the car was done Aaron called let me that car is done and my car has an alternator problem . when i brought the car in with son, there was no service charging system light on. We just had a full service checkup diagnostic of the car and a oil changed and check all fluids level and at Griffin Chevrolet 3 days before bringing to crest for body work. The car only has 42000 miles on it.My son whom I gave the car to drive from home to school is very picky about the car everything has to right any funny noise in the car we would have get it check out. I don't know what happened between the time when in the body shop from the time we left the car to time we got it back. Naturally it's our words against theirs. Aaron ssaid he scan the car the day they took in the in shop, then why didn't he call to let me know then. I will never take my car again to crest Cadillac in Brookfield,Wi. Again for anything very poor customer service in the bodyshop office. More

Told my daughter about the service manager and the holy than thou attitude. She said he sounded like a real xxxxxx bag I didn’t think about it but she was so right. I will never bring my Escalade back there for service and I will tell anyone I know not to. More
