On 4-26 I brought my car to Crest to fix noise. Aaron said the issue was a left front backing plate. He also said I needed new rotors and brake pads. I paid over $800 to get the noise fixed plus the recommended services Aaron suggested. Days later when I drove the car I noticed the noise was still there but it was light. The longer I drove it the noise got back to the same exact way it was before I brought it in for service. I called Aaron 5-17 to let him know I still hear the same noise. We brought the car back to crest on 5-24 to fix the noise. Aaron said the problem is now the left rear backing plate. He said they moved the left rear backing plate and the noise was gone. The noise is not gone it’s worse now than ever. He quoted me a price to fix it. I think this is wrong because the noise was never fixed since I first brought the car in. It’s not a new issue. It’s the same issue and crest made it worse. I really hope Crest is not at the point where they are trying to rip customers off and scam customers for money. Aaron said he would reach out to me after the holidays and he never did. I would not have paid for over $800 worth of repairs if not for Aaron’s suggestions based of the multi point inspection if it was not going to fix the issue. More
