Lonnie is an extraordinary sales person who really goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide "GREAT" service to his customers. I have personally purchased an Ecalade EXT, Ecalade, xxx and most recently an XTS. Each and every time I was very pleased with my purchase as well as how the vehicle was delivered to me with an in-depth orientation of all the car's many bells and whistles. I have looked at other Cadillac dealerships in the past; however, I returned to my first love at Crest Cadillac, because Lonnie had already earned my trust. Lonnie brings exceptional value to Crest, and I am glad that he is my #1 sales person. Hands down, Lonnie is "THE" best salesperson! Shout out to the best service guys at Crest too, Jim, Aaron and Dan. You guys all rock! More

I actually feel like I'm at home there, and Lonnie Powell has become like family with his willingness to help me and my family members out. I'd recommend Crest to any and everyone I know, and definitely send them to Lonnie "Cadillac" Powell, because I know they will get the Best deal possible, and be treated right through the entire process. I had to call him and he basically ridiculed my credit. He then told me to go with a different car that I found at another dealership. Very obvious that they didn't want to work with me. If they didn't want to, they could have just told me so I wouldn't be wasting my time. Was also called from customer service about my experience, was told I'd get a follow up call, never happened. I looked at a 2014 Cadillac ATS and when I started up the engine, it made a loud noise. Seemed like the car had been parked there for a few weeks. Tom told me it just came in, however when i looked at the carfax report, it had been at the dealership for a over a month. Horrible staff who won't work with your budget, only cares about money. I took my money to a better much dealership. More

Two weeks ago it started to have electrical problems, one of the mufflers fell off, discover rips in the apohlestry, and the door seal was coming off. We took it into a dealership closer to home and we're told only the electrical problem would be covered and we would have to spend over $1000 to fix the muffler alone because it had been modified. We were not happy because we obviously did not modify it and felt like the inspection before we bought the truck should have revealed problems. My husband contacted crest and they repaired the muffler, seal, and apohlestry at no cost to us! We was super impressed and grateful for what they have done. Thank you Crest Cadillac! More

SCA ***UPDATE***- After posting on social media outlets- Crest contacted us and offered a fair refund for the warranty. They redeemed themselves. SCAMMED. BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a warranty from Crest a couple of years ago. We were promised that our car would be covered for an ADDITIONAL 60,000 miles or 48 months, whichever came first. When we went to use our warranty, we were told it had expired when our car reached 60,000 miles. So we paid $1,900 for warranty that lasted us approximately 10,000 miles. We are smart shoppers and asked all the right questions. We were promised our car would be covered for an additional 60,000 miles (not up to 60,000 miles). We contacted Crest sales department and their General Manager. After being strung along for SEVERAL MONTHS, their "resolution" was to SELL US ANOTHER WARRANTY. They acknowledged the error and blamed it on the warranty company, but offered no real resolution. We are extremely dissatisfied with this gross misrepresentation and extremely poor customer service. We gave them several opportunities and months to make this right and they failed to do so. More

David was cordial and knowledgeable at every step along the way. When we first inquired, he assured us by phone that the low-mileage pre-owned car we were considering was an excellent find and would be well worth a test drive. He invited us to see for ourselves, and we did. We were greeted by an enthusiastic David and a car all ready for show. We bought the car, and a few days later when we came to pick it up, David gave us a quick course on operating its features and helped us with some of the setups. He even filled up the tank with gas and let OnStar know we would be in contact. We can't say enough about the time and attention David gave us and how it made our first purchase from Crest a stellar experience. We would highly recommend David and Crest to anyone. My service adviser (SA) Aaron Carpenter is the reason I have CC service my vehicle. When I call and speak with my SA regarding the issue I have, he is prompt to get my vehicle into the shop to get the issues taken care of. They are always willing to work around my schedule with dropping and picking up my vehicle, which is huge for me. Having a service team that is so willing to help and is generally concerned it's something money can't buy. It may be my Cadi but I know my vehicle is CC's Baby. Keep up the great work Crest Cadillac! More
