We fell in love with the XT5 and all of the features that were explained to us in a friendly, relaxed manner. Our previous experiences in a dealership had left us overwhelmed and not quite understanding the benefits and certainly, not how to use them. We had no intention of purchasing the same day (I'm not an impulsive person and prefer to consider all options). Our decision to purchase was due to the availability of the vehicle with the trim package we wanted AND the great service that was provided by Tom Piontkowski.
