Compared to the Cadillac dealership in Fishers, Indiana, where I had received services for several years, Crest Cadillac is below average. The employees at Crest provide service as 'tasks' and not personall where I had received services for several years, Crest Cadillac is below average. The employees at Crest provide service as 'tasks' and not personally invested in their roles. Especially the female who checks out customers. She appears disinterested. No one seems happy each time I've been there. There have been a handful of times I've been misquoted on the cost of repairs. For example, a quote is given and when it's time to pay, the bill is higher. No accuracy. The bathrooms need updated. The snacks are not available until check out and only given one package of cookies. The furniture in the waiting room is dirty and needs upgraded. I'm starting to wonder if I should take my vehicle to another dealership because I don't trust whether the work being completed is done correctly. This is supposed to represent CADILLAC, not a KIA dealership! More
