Overall, the experience was fair. I was disappointed that no one at any point told me there would be a diagnosis fee of $150. I have not had my car (major) serviced in years and I was not aware of thi that no one at any point told me there would be a diagnosis fee of $150. I was disappointed at the verbal service. I had to call to receive updates. Communication was horrible!
