Extremely disappointed. First, my car was over 2 weeks late. I was very understanding, and didn’t even use a loaner car. I kept asking what the hold up was. They said covid, then my parts were on backorder, I was told it would be done in 4 more days. I said how disappointed I was over the phone, and then magically my car was done the next morning. When I went to go pick it up, my quoted repair was 40% higher. When I asked both the service manager and service technician i was given conflicting stories. When I asked about the conflicting stories, the service manager just said well your car is done, if you want it pay around the corner at the desk. My family has bought cars from crest, we have serviced our other GM cars at crest, and I could not believe what happened. Extremely disappointed! If someone from higher management at crest would like to talk about this I would be happy to talk. I will be talking to my friend the regional manager of GM about this. More
