Once again, Crest proved to provide us great service on our Escalade. Preparing for a long road trip I took our truck in for an oil change and service. I was pleased with how quickly I was able to get an a our Escalade. Preparing for a long road trip I took our truck in for an oil change and service. Had oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up the car the check service light was on. I was told it’s an tire pressure sensor and isn’t a safety issue. I have a hard time bringin When I picked up the car the check service light was on. I was told it’s an tire pressure sensor and isn’t a safety issue. I have a hard time bringing in a car without any issues for basic service then picking it up with a service issue light on. I was told it had nothing to do with the work they did. I have had good service in the past so hopefully they will still rectify this situation by responding to this review. More
