Same day sale! We arrived at the dealership after it closed on a Saturday evening, but Tom was still there and came over and asked if we had any questions. He answered what we asked and we left feeling optimistic about Crest Cadillac. On Monday we messaged him so he knew we'd be arriving near 4 pm to see an ATS and CTS. After a little back and forth we agreed on a price and the deal was done. We had a great experience despite one little hiccup, and we drove our new to us CTS home that evening.
