Tom Gasparini literally bent over backwards and worked magic to make sure I received the vehicle I was interested in. In a world where people say car salesman are only out for your money Tom proves that a magic to make sure I received the vehicle I was interested in. In a world where people say car salesman are only out for your money Tom proves that assumption wrong by providing superior quality customer service and comfortability. I didn't feel pressure in this process not for one second. He even contacted me to ask if I was enjoying my new vehicle. The sales manager Shah also helped make the experience a great one with the purchase price of the vehicle and financing options. Crest Cadillac is without a doubt my car dealership of choice hands down I'll be going back soon when it's my wife's turn to purchase a vehicle. They do an outstanding job from start to finish. More

Dent was gone and car was detailed inside and out. You wouldn't believe it ever had a dent. The people there were very professional and friendly. Work done was better than I've ever seen. The cost was right in line w/ the estimate. I would highly recommend this body shop & dealership to whomever has to repair or purchase a vehicle. These peolple are the "true" professionals. Thanks again, Frank Gambocorto. More
Rude and most unprofessional sales representative. Sarcastic and likes using degrading language toward potential long term customer. Not willing to offer different price for a car that is $1,500 above Sarcastic and likes using degrading language toward potential long term customer. Not willing to offer different price for a car that is $1,500 above kbb and car has been in lot for 6 months. Long story short Tom is an arrogant sales rep that does not to sell. More
I recently purchased a car for the second time from Crest Cadillac. The reason I keep returning is simply the professional way I'm treated when I walk into the dealership. Everyone from the GM to the sales Cadillac. The reason I keep returning is simply the professional way I'm treated when I walk into the dealership. Everyone from the GM to the salespeople to the service consultants have always made me feel comfortable and confident that they will listen to my needs as opposed to telling me what they think I need! As a woman who hates being pressured, they have always taken the time to work through the process, even though I am not financially able to purchase new and expensive cars. This type of attention is the reason I have not shopped around since my first experience at Crest, but instead have gone directly to them for the next car . . . and the reason why they have earned my loyalty for future purchases and recommendations to friends to "go to Crest first!" In this information age it's easy to shop and get deals online, but I still value building relationships and I think Crest is excellent at doing that with their customers. It's also nice to see the same faces year after year, which tells me it must be a good place to work. In this economy price and financing options are more important than ever, but for me that has to be combined with feeling good about where and how I'm spending my hard-earned money, and I feel good doing business with Crest! Our Crest sales rep, Chad Kittlaus, is an extraordinary person. He is the most courteous, patient, competent man I have ever worked with. Chad knows each vehicle's "bells & whistles" thoroughly and furthermore, he invests time in teaching new owners how to set the electronics according to our individual preferences so we can get the most out of our vehicle. This singular gesture is a very special gift! Chad's efficiency not only made the entire purchasing experience very simple and orderly, but also, he has been highly responsive to any questions we have had in the 18 months following our purchase. Throughout the sales process,Chad respected our needs and he worked with us at our pace. He treated us as if we were the only customers on the planet. Purchasing a car can be stressful, but Chad clearly presented the options and caused us to feel confident we were making the right decision. Time has proven our decision to purchase the Acura MDX was perfect! Thanks for everything, Chad, you're the BEST! More

They took extra time going thru every option and it has been serviced on two occasions...both times came back clean and neat and we had substitute transportation. They have a modern , clean facility and are extremely friendly and were more than competative....finding the right color I new she would want......I think they have been in Syracuse a long time and have a good reputation.... I haven't tried their service department and can't comment on that. This is just a general observation about their sales practices. As the only Cadillac dealership in the County, it serves a population of about 1/2 million. This dealer and it's predecessor, Spector Cadillac which existed at the same location has had no competition selling brand-new Cadillacs in Syracuse and the surrounding County for many decades, possibly almost 100 years. The next closest Caddy dealer is almost an hour's drive away and their lead Cadillac salesman came from the Syracuse dealer. However, I've found a solution, Thanks to the internet and gmbuypower.com I shopped at other Cadillac dealers which were sometimes over 1 hour away. In doing so I've found prices that are thousands less for the same car, I'm treated much better and the selection is far greater. Again, this is just a personal observation, but I know that I just bought the same car for about $5,000 less at another dealer. That worked out to about $4,000 less than the dealer who now has Crest's old salesman working for him. However, the real difference here is that these dealers are forced to compete with Cadillac dealers that are much closer and as a result, they offer a better selection, better customer service, lower prices and an overall better buying experience. Crest was not willing to compete when I presented the other offers. Their only response was to threaten me with poor service if I ever try to bring this car to their facility for service. I guess that's what a lack of competition does. Fortunately, new the car is brand-new, not likely to need repair, it comes with a new car warranty and I end up with about $5k left over. More
