Tom's used car manager Shah Z. allowed Tom to give us a great deal on the truck and the Business Manager Dave Thompson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am not a first time buyer but this was my first car that I purchased by myself, and I can honestly say that I am so happy that I bought from Crest Cadillac. Being young and being a female, I can feel i that I purchased by myself, and I can honestly say that I am so happy that I bought from Crest Cadillac. Being young and being a female, I can feel intimidated by the sales person and technicians telling you what car, or what is wrong with your vehicle. Not at all here. I was treated like a princess which I feel was definitely in order. Coming into a dealership was the last thing on my mind not knowing if I would be able to finance, I'm glad Crest Cadillac was my first and only stop! Mick Coddington went out of his way to get me approved for the vehicle of my choice. From the moment I step foot inside the doors, Tom Gasparini showed professionalism through every hurdle including the winter storm. As soon as I stepped into my new vehicle we found an issue and quickly returned to the dealer where they gave excellent service on my vehicle and made sure that it was exactly the way it was supposed to be sold mint condition. I love my new G6, and I love my new dealership! Thanks Hopefully the service will stay this good!!! More
Well....Let's just say that we all want to pay less for a car and get more for our car. In the end, we need to strike a happy balance. Tom Gasparini went out of his way to find a vehicle for us (and for a car and get more for our car. In the end, we need to strike a happy balance. Tom Gasparini went out of his way to find a vehicle for us (and it wasn't even a cadillac!!). We paid a very fair price for our new Tahoe and traded our Traverse in for a very fair price. Dave Thompson also went to bat for us during the financing process and was able to match a financing rate that we had found. Overall we had a great experience at Crest Cadillac and would recommended them to anyone. More

I didn't feel pressure in this process not for one second. He even contacted me to ask if I was enjoying my new vehicle. The sales manager Shah also helped make the experience a great one with the purchase price of the vehicle and financing options. Crest Cadillac is without a doubt my car dealership of choice hands down I'll be going back soon when it's my wife's turn to purchase a vehicle. They do an outstanding job from start to finish. More
I went in for a nasty dent on my 2012 Honda civic. The Body shop manager gave me an estimate and approximate time to repair. when i called he said it was finished. Dent was gone and car was detailed inside and out. You wouldn't believe it ever had a dent. The people there were very professional and friendly. Work done was better than I've ever seen. The cost was right in line w/ the estimate. I would highly recommend this body shop & dealership to whomever has to repair or purchase a vehicle. These peolple are the "true" professionals. I recently purchased a car for the second time from Crest Cadillac. The reason I keep returning is simply the professional way I'm treated when I walk into the dealership. Everyone from the GM to the salespeople to the service consultants have always made me feel comfortable and confident that they will listen to my needs as opposed to telling me what they think I need! As a woman who hates being pressured, they have always taken the time to work through the process, even though I am not financially able to purchase new and expensive cars. This type of attention is the reason I have not shopped around since my first experience at Crest, but instead have gone directly to them for the next car . . . and the reason why they have earned my loyalty for future purchases and recommendations to friends to "go to Crest first!" In this information age it's easy to shop and get deals online, but I still value building relationships and I think Crest is excellent at doing that with their customers. It's also nice to see the same faces year after year, which tells me it must be a good place to work. In this economy price and financing options are more important than ever, but for me that has to be combined with feeling good about where and how I'm spending my hard-earned money, and I feel good doing business with Crest! This singular gesture is a very special gift! Chad's efficiency not only made the entire purchasing experience very simple and orderly, but also, he has been highly responsive to any questions we have had in the 18 months following our purchase. Throughout the sales process,Chad respected our needs and he worked with us at our pace. He treated us as if we were the only customers on the planet. Purchasing a car can be stressful, but Chad clearly presented the options and caused us to feel confident we were making the right decision.
