can crest treat a long time customer right? My mother in law has bought a number of vehicles from crest and always been extremely pleased. The last few years she has had several shady stories about her wonderful experiences, such as receiving 0$ for trade in on her latest vehicle. Then " giving " it to a tech while she got her new patriot, but she thought they were taking care of her not taking her. We moved back to help her as she is 70 the check engine light came on in June of 2015 several visits and 1500$+ in repairs and sensors later the light was still on and we were told oh well that happens. Today I take it for state inspection and it fails because the oh well light that we paid so much to be fixed was still on. Added bonus? A 700$ quote for a brake system that was done at another facility less than a year ago is " falling apart and in severe need of replacement. " yet oddly enough on the official report to the state of NH it fails for check engine light but passes on safety. The big question, will CREST start treating a longtime loyal customer right or just keep trying to rip off a 70 year old woman who has absolute faith and trust in them? More
I went to ice on the back Crest to just get an idea of the price listed on a 13 ARM 1500 Quad. The salesman Brandon came out and spoke to me about the vehicle. I told him my wishes and he came back out with a his card and the price listed on the back - lower than sticker MSRP. told him that I would looking around New England for the same truck. He told me that if I found one at a better price to give him a call and he would work hard to match / meet or beat the price. I spent about two weeks with around eight dealerships and found one cheaper and with a couple more options that I wanted (spray liner and step ups). I called BRANDON as I told him I would and within the day he called back, had added the options to his truck and was under the other dealerships price - to include the dealership stuff like the title paperwork etc. I never would have expected Crest to work as hard as they did to get my business - they have had a bad name for not working with the buyer and simply not caring if you purchased there or not - THIS HAS CHNAGED IN MY MIND AND I WOULD GO BACK. Thanks to the Crest for a great truck purchasing experience - mainly Brandon who wouldn't give up on making the sale. More
Went in to lease a new vehicle for our business and they were extremely helpful and everyone was very friendly. Our salesman Ronald Hanscom went out of his way to locate the features we were looking for and staying within the budget we set for payments. Lenn is the perfect person for the job he does. Patient, assisting and really went out of his way to offer us the best financing availble. When we picked up the truck, Brandon Clarey assisted us and he was very helpful with the process an making sure we were taken care of. Showed us all the bells and whistles on the truck and made sure all follow up appts. were set up as well. Thats where we met Bruce Young who also went through the process tomake sure we were aware of everything they offered. And now are driving a new 2013 Chevy Silverado 4X4. Thank you Crest Auto World. When I arived at the dealler, I was impressed at the down to earth atitude. Also I was impressed with Meagan getting back to me. That good vibe soon turned to a verry bad vibe. When they said they were going to call me back. They never did, I had to call them back. Meagan was verry good at getting back to me and to get some answers that no one else could tell me. When I told them that I was going thru my credit union. Len Huysmans. The business Manager. Became verry unprofessional. He started to harass my wife my bank and me. He did not believe us that we could get that good of a deal. It shuld not matter whare we finance as long as they get a check for the truck. In two years my wifes car will be paid off. I don't know if we will ever buy there again. Buying a new truck is stressfull anough. But to have a a dealler treat you like that. Is just not right. When my wife and I went to pck up the truck Brandon did say he was sorry for what happen. I do believe he was. Probably pretty embarassed by how things went down. This did not have to be this hard. More
