As soon as we walked into the dealership we were made to feel like part of the family. Sam is a great person to talk with and also to deal with. On Thursday 12/26/13 my daughter, her dog and I were travelling home to Milwaukee, Wisconsin after spending Christmas with our family in Pinehurst, NC. My Ford Escape lost all power and we were towed to travelling home to Milwaukee, Wisconsin after spending Christmas with our family in Pinehurst, NC. My Ford Escape lost all power and we were towed to Crescent Ford. Will Warren in the Service Dept. was so kind and immediately had a mechanic looking at our car. After several parts were replaced the car was still not operating properly. It was now almost 6:00pm and it was time for the service department to close. Will assisted us in finding a local hotel that would take our dog and he also arranged for us to borrow a car at no charge. The next day the mechanics started working on our car again first thing in the morning, they knew we were anxious to get home. They were able to find the problem, fix it and we were on our way home again. I want to commend Will, the mechanics and the office staff on their superior customer service. They were all so friendly and kind to us and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you! Joanne Bartel More

Just recently I bought a 2013 Ford Edge Sport and Sam Mccullock was great , it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, the process was fast and didn't tie up my time with all the "bull" that usually goes along with buying a new car , he got me price that I was wanting . I have recommended Sam and Crescent Ford to several friends and family and they have all had great experiences as well. I will definitely return when it is time to buy another vehicle in the future. This is the second Ford Edge I have purchased from this dealership. I live about 2 hours away and there is a Ford dealership in my hometown, but I find that the people at Crescent Ford in High Point care dealership. They always are willing to go above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I even drive back there to have my car serviced because of the excellent customer service they provide. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership and would recommend anyone to go Crescent Ford in High Point. I am a customer for life there!!!! More

Sam, I wanted you to know what upset me the most about my last 2 experiences at Crescent Ford. Friday when I called Dave he said give him a few minutes and he would call me back. He called back and said co last 2 experiences at Crescent Ford. Friday when I called Dave he said give him a few minutes and he would call me back. He called back and said couldn't do anything on the Escape but might on the truck. So I we came down to find out we had just wasted our time. He should have just been up front with me and said I still owed too much on it and not to waste my time. I would have excepted that and worked it out a different way. Dave seemed like he didn't even want to help. When we bought the Escape we got there early and set there for over 8 hours waiting on the car. I was very disapointed in that experience. Sorry it took so long guys just didn't help. More
