David Martin always goes above and beyond the call of duty with my family. I remember years ago, when the only time me and my husband had time to look for a car was our lunch time, David would bring the duty with my family. I remember years ago, when the only time me and my husband had time to look for a car was our lunch time, David would bring the car to our work at lunch and let us test it out. If we didn't like it, he would bring us another one to try. Not only is David friendly to us but he has always been friendly to our daughter as well, making sure that everytime she came in to get her car serviced; to go out of his way to speak to her and make her feel welcome. My family has always enjoyed the Christmas cards he sends every year, he makes us feel like family. Our newest vehicle is a used 2013 ford escape, when first seen it had a couple stains, very minor glitch in the computer, and some other minor setbacks, David made sure the car was in tip-top, like new shape when we went to pick it up. Not only that, when we got it home and noticed some other minor problems, like condensation in the tail light and a broken license plate light, David came out to work the next day to pick it up and take it to get fixed. There is nobody else we would choose to work with when it comes to our vehicles, he is the best in friendliness hands down, he also does a great job at finding us the best deals possible. More
Allen was so helpful and nice, he was not pushy or arrogant. I hate buying a car, but this was the best buying experience that we have ever had. My visit to Crescent Ford was the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership. My sales person, Allan, took the time to explain and answer any questions I had about buying a car. He made me feel comfort ever had at a dealership. My sales person, Allan, took the time to explain and answer any questions I had about buying a car. He made me feel comfortable and not over whelmed. Lets face it you go to some locations and the sales person either has no idea what they are talking about or they fly around you like birds of pray. Not Allan he was willing to let me look around without being followed. Buying a car is stressful for everyone I am sure, but for me it was very stressful for many reason and Allan and his team made me feel good and comfortable. They all took the time to explain what I was getting myself into and took the time when I need more explanations on certain things. I have never had so much fun working with a group of people. They all have great personalities and treated me like I was their friend at their home for a meal. I was not a customer but a guest. Thank you Crescent Ford Team, I LOVE my new car!! More

The Crescent Ford Dealership has been a household word since early summer of 1983; however, it was not until December of 2011 that I was able to learn first hand what my friends have know forever. In l since early summer of 1983; however, it was not until December of 2011 that I was able to learn first hand what my friends have know forever. In late November, our car experienced a short in the wiring harness which burned up / fired the wiring on our old Dodge Intrepid. Since I have been out of work, except for temporary positions, it looked as if we wouldn't be able to repair or replace our transportation. Since our second son knew our plight and often travelled to and in North Carolina he offered to help us lease a 2012 Fusion SEL. I remember the day our song traveled to Greensboro and like yesterday remember your Sales Representative, David Martin meeting us on a really cold day when Crescent Ford was giving a going away celebration for one of Crescent Ford's employees. We felt sorry for him; however, he was focused on helping resolve our current problem. David reminds me of the focus I delivered to my customers when I worked for one of the larger airline companies. We looked at the options and found a unit that met our needs that would necessitate for Crescent Ford to send recovery team to secure the vehicle. When arrangements were being made to send the team...they advised that a very new salesperson had already sold this vehicle. David Martin seemed to move into action to use our energy to search alternate alternatives. David did find an alternate and we leased it for a 27 month lease and this week we came back to renew a lease for our new 2014 Fusion SE. I had given David a wish list and what was a deal maker or / deal breaker. David advised that he would call me when he found suitable solutions...and that he did...even in the midst of our largest Winter Storm Mix. He called and said as soon as possible he will send recovery team members to pick up this vehicle. After my first lease with David, I expected no less than a professional focus; although he was working with more that five other customers and all the while, he gave me his utmost attention. David impressed me because he not only works hard but he works smart as he uses the resources of the Dealership such as the person that received all of our deal breakers and deal makers allowing David to work for each of his customers, everyone. Finally, Crescent Ford is very lucky and maybe I should say blessed to have IT Professional, "Barry Robinson" to support David's customers. We all know that computers, smart phones, SYNC, Electronic entertainment centers are way over most of your customers heads. In divinity school many are taught to preach to your congregation as if the average age is twelve years old so one can make sure that each one understands...likewise, Barry has been so patient with me and all those other customers that would be lost without his excellent knowledge of Ford's Electronic offerings while speaking with ease with a Bank President, A CEO, A School Teacher or one without much or any education. Barry's passion and joy of working in a support role can be seen in his step and the smile on his face! I have shared my experience with friends and acquaintances because I know that I will not be disappointed when they decide to engage Crescent Ford for assistance with their automotive needs. In closing, I must remind you that your Service Writer's and Certified Mechanics are a gift to your company! My father, during the time of World War II, was a dealer for the Chrysler Dealer in Jacksonville, Florida. During this time, our US Army came to his dealership and said that they needed his repair; however, they would let him continue to operate sales department; however, you know what happened...yes they went out of business. But, when asked, he said, "It would be my honor". I heard that Henry Ford once said, "I'll give a car to anyone if he will bring it to me for repair." My dad learned this the hard way. After researching several dealerships in the Triad my wife and I decided to purchase from Crescent Ford. We have always purchased Ford Cars. Benny Link has always been great and once again we returned to Benny. We purchased an Explorer on Saturday very quickly. We picked up the Explorer today and received the been great and once again we returned to Benny. We purchased an Explorer on Saturday very quickly. Dave was excellent. He was not pushy and didn't try to sell me something I did not want. I consider him one of the most honest car salesmen I have encountered. We have been doing business for 20 + years with David Martin @ Crescent Ford. He has always treated us as we were family and given us the best deal possible. We ask him to find our son a SUV. We bought our first new car 11 years ago at Crescent Ford. Dave Bacorn sold us that car. We take our Ford 250 to this dealership for service as well.
