When my wife dropped me off to pick up my new SUV he ran out just to say hi to her even though she was leaving and not coming in. He wanted to make sure she didn't pull off without acknowledging her since he had met her when we test drove the suv a couple days prior... not too many people have those kind of manners these days. Dee in the finance office was also a great guy. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Jerry Bowen as your sales guy if you're in the market for a new vehicle. My uncle was a general manager of a Ford Dealership for 30 years in Indiana and my Mom was in the business so I'm a little hard to please. Great experience I have been looking for a used 2016 F-150, V 8 for a few months but every car dealer i went to would try to sell be on a V-6 3.5 Turbo, which was not I have been looking for a used 2016 F-150, V 8 for a few months but every car dealer i went to would try to sell be on a V-6 3.5 Turbo, which was not what i wanted. So we were on our way to High Point and my friend said she heard the TV advertisement for Crescent ford and we should stop in there. Well make a long story short I did and was greeted by Jerry Bowen. I explained what I really wanted and Jerry went through his inventory and only had one truck that would meet my need . we checked it out , test drive it and now it is mine. Jerry knows his vehicles and takes his time explaining things such as the weight charts. I recommend Crescent Ford to anyone who wants good service and excellent salesmen-ship.
