I went to this dealership knowing I wanted a Hyundai Elantra and My salesman Tony approached me like he knew I was coming.He assured me that I was doing the right thing with the right dealership. I went in to have the lever on the steering wheel fixed. It had broke so the steering wheel wouldn't stay in place. The service was quick with no hestitations. Avoid this dealership if you need any service on your car. Terrible results on the airbag recall on my sonata. Had to go back several times to get the issue fixed and it's still has a bulge in my headlin car. Terrible results on the airbag recall on my sonata. Had to go back several times to get the issue fixed and it's still has a bulge in my headliner which they claim is normal. Also had a free oil change for my troubles but got more troubles from that. They scratched my car along the right rear into my tire. Now I have a deep scratch and a flat tire. Service manager told me to come back and they will take a look but the GM, chuck, got on the phone and told me not to come back because they can't "satisfy" me. If they want to sastify me then stop screwing up with your incompetent service employees and fix your mistakes. Avoid the dealership completely and drive to Winston Salem. Plus, this dealership tells car buyers to leave a good rating for a free oil change, so don't be fooled. More

Thanks for the thoroughness of the service technicians! I had a bad sensor in one of my tires and had no problems in getting it checked and replaced. Craven is always responsive and helpful if I have questions. I would highly recommend Crenshaw Hyundai!! More
