Are all Hyundai dealers so bad??? I took my Hyundai Elantra to this dealer for a recall, inspection, and oil change. Initially they tried to soak me for $200 for oil, filter, and whee I took my Hyundai Elantra to this dealer for a recall, inspection, and oil change. Initially they tried to soak me for $200 for oil, filter, and wheel service. Despite telling them that the filters and tires were new, they "mistakenly" did the work, realized their error, and re-installed my original filters from the trash. They told me they gave me a free alignment in conjunction with trying to coax my email address out of me for a dealership survey which they wanted me to give them 5 STARS. Well, they neglected to give me my state inspection results, did not mention a service recommendation, and totally screwed up my alignment, tire pressure, and god knows what else. My wife, who was looking to replace her 10-year old clean and near perfect low-mileage Camry with a new Sonata, is now looking at another Camry. After my brother recently purchased a Genesis in Charlotte, it seems that most Hyundai dealers are universally HORRIBLE! More

Unbelievable service. Not only when I called to have my 15000 mile checkup and recall taken care of, they told me to come right in, were so effecient, kind and mannerly. The whole service experience was very satisfactory from scheduling to completion of the service. I was able to arrange for the service on Tuesday and bring in the car at the time I wanted on Wednesday. scheduling to completion of the service. I was greeted by the service manager and the salesman that sold me my car and was treated in a friendly and courteous manner. The service was done in a timely fashion and a multi point inspection was done and all fluid levels checked and filled as needed. The waiting room was comfortable and my service was completed in less than 45 minutes even though the wait seemed shorter in the comfortable waiting area. I would recommend this service department at Crenshaw Hyundai. More

Upon arrival on the lot I was immediately greeted and my car was taken to be serviced. The welcoming staff answered all of my questions about a trade in, and I left the lot with a brand new car.
