I went in for a 15k mile service on my 2017 G80 Genesis. I dropped the car off at the dealership and they drove me to work. They changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires, and did a front end alignment I dropped the car off at the dealership and they drove me to work. Crenshaw, worst car buying experience ever. Bought a 2017 Elantra BRAND NEW, they delivered a car with a scratch. Primised to fix it. After 2 weeks had done nothing then after numerous promises Bought a 2017 Elantra BRAND NEW, they delivered a car with a scratch. Primised to fix it. After 2 weeks had done nothing then after numerous promises took the car and gave it back with the repair looking like it was done with a white out brush. Called US head office and wrote a bad review. Manager calls angry at me and tells me to take it for 3 paint estimates and they would pay because he felt I had no reason to complain and wanted to be done with me. Next day calls and says if they do a proper repair will I remove the review. So it got fixed finally. This was a brand new car. Bought the car for my young adult daughter with cancer. She wanted to go through the whole buying process wih me. So far no good. She was given free oil changes. The first time she went in she sat for over 2 hours waiting and then was told they forgot and she had to come another day and when she did she waited almost an hour before they took the car in. She won't go there and just goes to a local garage. Fast forward to today. I get a call asking if we would consider trading in and buying a new car. Told them politely that we were not interested in doing business with them. Guy asks why and as I am explaining suddenly says he is not interested, I had not reason to complain as it is in the past and hung up. Maybe all this was saved just to be heaped on me, who knows? Crenshaw is a zero in our house. More
