I did not expect such quick service so that was a pleasant surprise! When my husband and I got there that evening to look at the car, Derek helped us and took us for a test drive. He was new to the dealership, but did a wonderful job in explaining everything to us. He was very personable as well. We didn't buy the first car we looked at so we asked to look at other used cars and the next one we looked at was it.
