I had a good experience at Crenshaw Hyundai. We arrive at the lot at 3:30 and we left at 5:30. I had not bought a vehicle since 2002 and needed a new car. I had an idea of what I wanted and a very specific dollar figure since I was paying from what I had in savings, no more. And they even reduced the sticker price to meet my available funds. Even better, the paper work reflected exactly what they promised. Never had that happen at a car dealership. Wes also took a lot of time to show me all the gadgets and offered advise on care and maintenance. Even synced my phone before I left. I should also mention that they went out of their way to find my car, since they did not have one like I wanted on the lot at the time. Awesome experience.
