Service department is absolutely SUPER!! They got me in on time and out quickly. Did not try to push extra service on me. Took the time to explain what they did and what to look for. I visited a couple dealerships looking for a Hyundai Genesis Coupe.None of them had one.Johnson Ross went out of his way to find one for me to check out.He finally got one in for me to test drive. Ross showed me the Sonata and let me drive it.It was more to my liking.I changed my mind about color twice and then changed my mind about interior color.Each time Mr. Ross and another salesman went to work looking for what I wanted.They found it and I was totally Satified.Although I know it is their job to sell cars,It seemed like they really were concerned that I got what I wanted.Mr Johnson went over the car with me and showed me how everything worked.As far as price,it seemed fair to me,however I did not do a lot of price checking.I did not feel pressured but did feel informed.I have talked with friends who have dealt with Crenshaw Hyundai and heard nothing less than positive remarks.I will definately go back if I decide to buy another Vehicle!! Trent has gone above and beyond customer service to help me out. Had a 2009 sante fe and had many issues with that vehicle and had to bring it back to the shop. Finally Trent got me into a 2011 sante fe at me out. Had a 2009 sante fe and had many issues with that vehicle and had to bring it back to the shop.
