We had dealt with Crenshaw Hyundai for service on our 9 year old XG350L on several occasions and were pleased with the results. When it became necessary to buy a new car we decided on an Elantra. Our salesperson, Mr. Johnson Ross, was friendly, professional, experienced and very informative. He was our go-between with the sales manager and other personnel (who were also very friendly and professional) . He worked with us and our needs throughout the process - it was due largely to Mr. Ross that we decided to purchase a 2013 Elentra. A week later we returned to Crenshaw and again worked with Mr. Ross in purchasing a 2012 Elantra. Our experience throughout the entire process of buying two card was excellent. On a scale of 1-10, Mr. Ross and Crenshaw Hyundai both deserve a 10. More

I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and have never had any issues. The service department is great and friendly. They are very thorough and help you understand your bill and what they fixed. I recently had regular service on my car. This was done quickly and it was also suggested the tires be rotated. Each time, I receive excellent and friendly customer service. Thanks for the thoroughness of the service technicians! I had a bad sensor in one of my tires and had no problems in getting it checked and replaced.
