Had a wonderful buying experience at Crenshaw Hyundai in November 2012. Sales folks were honest, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. I just love this "small town" dealership - I referred a buddy of mine to Crenshaw, and he drove home in a new car that day at the price he wanted. Our experience at Crenshaw Hyundai was very good. The staff was very nice, if a bit persuasive! :) The young man that we worked with was very knowledgeable. We purchased a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. It on staff was very nice, if a bit persuasive! :) The young man that we worked with was very knowledgeable. We purchased a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. It only had 18000 miles on it, and so the dealership certified it for us for free, giving us the 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty and a comprehensive 60,000 mile warranty. We were very pleased with this, as we now have confidence and peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, we will have the warranty to fall back on. We were not expecting to have a warranty since we were shopping for a used car. The price was about what Kelley Blue Book said that we should pay for this car. All in all, we love the car and were very pleased with our experience. The staff were great and we would likely go back here when we're ready to purchase another car. More
I moved to Burlington and had to find a dealership for oil changes and service when needed for my 2010 Hyundai Accent. The dealership is just excellent. I went to get another oil change and ended up buying a brand new Accent a few months ago. Craven was my Sales Rep and he spent a few hours with me, answering all kinds of questions, showing me cars etc. He was very patient, and very professional and very understanding of my hesitation since I wasn't even considering buying a new car that day. I do love my new Accent though and it was a good decision. Everybody at the dealership is so good to work with: the sales guys, the finance dept, and the service dept. I will continue to take my car to the dealership for all maintenance needed for my car. I do recommend them to everybody. More

My buying process for my car at Crenshaw was fast and easy. I went to multiple dealerships before hand and had a terrible experience.
