My Wife and I were very happy with the overall experience of buying our Sonata. We were greeted as soon as we drove on the lot. The car was shown to us in detail two times once on Tuesday when we went for a of buying our Sonata. We were greeted as soon as we drove on the lot. The car was shown to us in detail two times once on Tuesday when we went for a test drive.The second time was when we returned on Wednesday. Every detail was explained about the financing and getting us a price we could work with. There was no rush to make a hasty decision. Price wise,we were given a fair market price for our trade and that meant a great deal to us. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was the best experience in car buying ever. I currently had a 2009 Elantra and was looking for a 201 friendly. I was looking at the cars in the lot with my Dad, thinking I wanted a new Elantra. I currently had a 2009 Elantra and was looking for a 2013, particularly red. David was the first salesman to approach my Dad and I. He was great and he asked me if I wanted to test drive the car. I did and it felt like it was already mine! David helped me get the right price in my budget range! I have went there to get my first oil change and everyone in the service department was just as nice as David! They have great customer service and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area! More

I was in desperate need of a car as mine was about to die. When I went to Crenshaw, it was mainly to see what they had because I had seen a used Accent somewhere else. They were very helpful and worked very hard to see what they could do that would fit me financially in order to put me in a car. They weren't pushy and overbearing. One of the main reasons I drove out of there with a 2013 Accent was because of the service they provided me with while I was there and since I have had the car they have continued to be very nice and helpful.
